Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop engaging eLearning solutions for healthcare and pharmaceutical audiences.
- Apply instructional design models and adult learning principles to create effective learning interventions.
- Develop interactive SCORM-compliant courses using Articulate Storyline 360 and Articulate Rise.
- Create storyboards, learning journeys, assessments, branching scenarios, simulations, and microlearning assets.
- Collaborate with medical writers, SMEs, project managers, and internal stakeholders to translate content into impactful learning experiences.
- Ensure learning content meets pedagogical, technical, branding, and LMS requirements.




- Review and update existing courses and learning assets based on evolving learner and business needs.
- Participate in quality assurance and testing to ensure a seamless learner experience.
- Manage multiple projects while adhering to timelines and quality standards.

Essential Skills

Instructional Design & Learning

- Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, Backward Design, etc.).
- Sound knowledge of adult learning principles and learner engagement strategies.
- Ability to design outcome-based learning experiences and assessments as a storybaord
- Experience converting complex content into interactive, learner-friendly formats.

eLearning Development· Expert proficiency in:
- Storyboarding
- Articulate Storyline 360
- Articulate Rise 360
- Microsoft PowerPoint

· Solid understanding of:
- SCORM 1.2 / SCORM 2004
- LMS compatibility and course publishing standards
- Accessibility and responsive learning design

Communication & Collaboration
- Excellent written, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with SMEs, medical teams, and stakeholders.
- Strong project management and multitasking capabilities.
