Role Description The Inside Sales Specialist at Grittytech is an on-site role based in Hyderabad. Interns will engage with prospective learners, respond to inquiries, and conduct follow-up calls or messages to convert leads into enrolled students.

Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, explaining program offerings, maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools, and supporting customer satisfaction by addressing questions and concerns promptly.



The role also involves collaborating with the academic and operations teams to align sales efforts with program schedules and learner needs.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform Inside Sales activities, including handling queries, explaining offerings, and supporting enrollment decisions.
- Strong Lead Generation skills, with the capacity to identify, qualify, and follow up with potential learners.
- Focus on Customer Satisfaction, ensuring a positive experience from first contact through enrollment.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with diverse learner profiles.
- Customer Service mindset, with patience, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic proficiency with office productivity tools and CRM or lead-tracking systems is beneficial.
- Interest in the education and training sector, with willingness to learn about Grittytech’s programs.
- Relevant coursework, training, or prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.

Compensation details - 2lpa fixed + 2 lpa variable for freshers upto 4lpa other company advantages
