Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for an Inside Sales Representative based in Bail Hongal.

The Inside Sales

Representative will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, provide product information, and guide customers through purchases to drive sales growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, managing customer accounts, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and transactions. The role also involves responding to customer queries, resolving issues promptly, and collaborating with store and regional teams to support promotional activities and achieve sales targets.





The individual is expected to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and uphold company policies and values in every interaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills to identify opportunities and convert inquiries into sales.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to handle queries, resolve issues, and build positive customer relationships.
- Candidates should possess Account Management skills to maintain customer records, follow up on repeat business, and support long-term engagement.
- Candidates should have clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain products and offers effectively.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment, with basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Prior experience in retail, FMCG, or sales is preferred but not mandatory; a high school diploma or equivalent is typically required.
- Candidates should demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with on-site teams in Bail Hongal.
