Inside Sales Executive – IT

Role: Inside Sales Executive

Experience: 1–3 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other online channels.
- Identify potential clients and understand their IT requirements.
- Explain IT products, software solutions, and services to prospective customers.
- Conduct follow-ups with leads and schedule meetings or product demonstrations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
- Coordinate with the technical and sales teams to understand client requirements.
- Maintain lead details, customer interactions, and sales pipelines in CRM software.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and pending deals.
- Research market trends, competitors,



and potential business opportunities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Required Skills:
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of IT products, software, and technology services.
- Robust sales, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Lead generation and customer relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and CRM tools.
- Good follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Target-oriented approach and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and explain solutions effectively.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
