Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented freshers to join our Business Development team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy communicating with people, building relationships, and helping students choose the right career-oriented training programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Reach out to potential students and introduce our training programs.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable course recommendations.
- Engage with leads through calls, explain program perks, and encourage enrollments.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to convert interested prospects into students.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective learners.
- Work towards monthly enrollment targets and contribute to business growth.
- Update lead information, follow-up status,



and sales activities in the CRM.
- Address queries professionally and ensure a positive student experience.

Eligibility Criteria & Skills

- Fresh graduates from any discipline are welcome to apply.
- Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, B.Sc., M.Sc., BE/B.Tech, BCA, and MCA graduates are preferred.
- Fluency in at least one South Indian language — Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam — is mandatory.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
- Interest in sales, customer engagement, and business development.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
