Key Skills Required:
- Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft Hyper-V and Failover Clustering
- Proven experience migrating 100+ VMs from VMware to Hyper-V
- VMware vSphere/ESXi 7.x/8.x and V2V migration tools
- SCVMM / Windows Admin Center
- HPE ProLiant servers, iLO, firmware and SAN storage (iSCSI/FC, MPIO)
- Veeam Backup & Replication
- Windows Server 2019/2022, Active Directory, DNS and networking
- PowerShell scripting, infrastructure automation and security hardening
- Migration planning, cutover, rollback and technical documentation
Preferred: VMware exit projects, Citrix XenServer, Azure Stack HCI/Azure Local. Looking for a hands-on infrastructure expert who can lead a time-critical VMware-to-Hyper-V migration project.
