: Injection Molding Machine Operator Job Title: Injection Molding Machine Operator Department: Production Industry: Manufacturing / Plastic Injection Molding Experience: 1–3 Years (preferred) Qualification: ITI / Diploma / SSLC or equivalent. The Injection Molding Machine Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring injection molding machines to manufacture plastic components according to production targets, quality standards, and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities -

Operate injection molding machines as per production requirements and work instructions.

- Load raw materials and ensure the correct material is used for production.
- Monitor machine operation, cycle time, temperature, pressure, and other process parameters.
- Inspect molded components for defects such as flash, short shots, sink marks, burns, and dimensional variations.
- Perform component trimming, visual inspection, and basic finishing activities.
- Follow instructions from the Production In-charge and Mould Setter.
- Maintain production records, rejection reports, and shift handover details.
- Identify abnormalities and report machine or product issues to the supervisor.




- Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain cleanliness in the production area.
- Meet production and quality requirements while minimizing material wastage and rejection. Required Skills - Basic knowledge of injection molding machine operation.
- Understanding of plastic components and common molding defects.
- Ability to perform visual quality inspections. - Basic knowledge of production documentation and safety practices.
- Good teamwork, discipline, and attention to detail.

Working Conditions - Work in a plastic manufacturing production setting.
- Shift duties may be required.
- Standing for extended periods and handling components may be necessary.

Reporting To Production Supervisor / Production In-charge Performance Expectations - Consistent production output.
- Minimum rejection and material wastage.

Compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Proper machine monitoring and production record maintenance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
