About the Role

We are looking for an Informatica developer to design, build, and optimize data integration solutions across on-premises and cloud platforms. You will work on enterprise ETL pipelines, support migrations from PowerCenter to Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), and help deliver reliable, high-quality data to analytics and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT workflows using Informatica PowerCenter and IICS (Cloud Data Integration, Cloud Application Integration).
- Build data integration pipelines that move data between relational databases, flat files, APIs, and cloud data platforms.
- Translate business and functional requirements into technical specifications, source-to-target mappings, and reusable mapping components.
- Tune the performance of mappings, sessions, and workflows, including pushdown optimization, partitioning, and caching strategies.
- Contribute to PowerCenter-to-IICS migration and modernization efforts.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks, and resolve production issues through root-cause analysis.
- Schedule, monitor, and support jobs, and document designs, runbooks, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with data architects, QA teams,



and business stakeholders in an Agile delivery model.

Required

Qualifications

- 5+ years of hands-on ETL development experience with Informatica PowerCenter and/or IICS.
- Solid SQL skills and experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
- Proven experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting ETL workloads.
- Working experience with cloud-based data solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, Redshift, Synapse, or BigQuery.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts: star/snowflake schemas, SCDs, and incremental loading.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work through complex data issues.
- Clear communication and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Preferred

Qualifications

- Experience with IICS Mass Ingestion, Data Quality, or Mapping Tasks and Taskflows.
- Familiarity with shell or Python scripting, and schedulers such as Control-M or Autosys.
- Experience with Git-based version control and CI/CD for data pipelines.
- Exposure to the banking, financial services, or insurance domain.
- Informatica or cloud certifications.
