Key Responsibilities

- Influencer Discovery: Research and identify relevant influencers and content creators across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Creator Outreach: Connect with influencers, manage initial conversations, and build relationships.
- Campaign Coordination: Assist in executing influencer marketing campaigns, from creator onboarding to content delivery.
- Negotiations: Support discussions around influencer commercials, deliverables, and timelines.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong communication with creators, talent managers, and internal teams.
- Campaign Tracking: Maintain influencer databases, track deliverables,



and prepare campaign reports.
- Trend Spotting: Stay updated on emerging creators, viral trends, and developments in the influencer marketing space.

Who We're Looking For
- Someone who lives and breathes social media and understands influencer culture.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple conversations.
- Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, and the Indian creator ecosystem.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, and presentation tools.
- Freshers and students interested in influencer marketing, media, communications, or advertising are welcome.
