Role Description: the Influencer Marketing Intern role is a full-time, in office position based in Mumbai. The intern will assist in identifying and researching potential influencers across social media platforms, helping to build and maintain influencer databases. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating outreach, supporting ongoing influencer partnerships, tracking campaign performance, and compiling reports and insights.

The intern will help draft briefs,



monitor content deliverables, and ensure brand guidelines are followed. Collaboration with marketing, social media, and creative teams is expected to support brand visibility and engagement through influencer-led initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) and interest in influencer and beauty trends.
- Basic skills in research, data organization, and campaign tracking to support influencer identification and performance monitoring.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to assist with outreach, coordination, and influencer briefings.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; prior internship experience in marketing or social media is an advantage.
