Job Overview:

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in political campaigns or government projects to manage influencer outreach and execution for political communication initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the political and digital landscape, influencer networks, and social media campaign management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and onboard relevant influencers, content creators, and digital opinion leaders for political campaigns.
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with campaign objectives.
- Coordinate with influencers for content creation, campaign messaging, and timely delivery.
- Manage influencer outreach, negotiations, commercials, and campaign deliverables.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, agencies, and relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor campaign performance, engagement,



and reach, and prepare campaign reports.
- Stay updated on social media trends, digital conversations, and the evolving political landscape.

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably with political parties, government projects, or political campaigns .
- Proven experience managing influencer campaigns for political or government-related initiatives is essential.
- Strong network of influencers and content creators.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaign requirements.
- Willingness to work six days a week from the Delhi office.

Note: Candidates with experience exclusively in commercial or brand-focused influencer marketing, without political or government project exposure, may not be suitable for this role.
