Independent Architect – Residential Villa Projects

We are looking for a mid-level architect with 3–7 years of experience in residential architecture to work with us on upcoming villa development projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, floor plans, elevations and sections.
- Prepare detailed working drawings for construction.
- Coordinate with structural engineers, contractors and other consultants.
- Assist with material selection, design revisions and site coordination.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable local building regulations.
Requirements
- B.Arch qualification and relevant professional registration, where applicable.
- Experience designing villas, independent houses or residential developments.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modelling software.
- Positive technical drawing skills and the ability to work independently.
Engagement: Freelance / project-based / monthly retainer, depending on experience. Interested candidates can share their CV, portfolio, location, availability and expected professional fee.
