Job Title: Air Import Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Air Import Executive to support day-to-day air import operations and ensure smooth and timely handling of shipments from arrival to final delivery. The candidate should have a basic understanding of import documentation, customs procedures, and freight forwarding operations, along with strong coordination and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in handling end-to-end Air Import shipments from pre-alert to final delivery.
- Coordinate with airlines, overseas agents, CHAs, transporters, and customers for smooth shipment handling.Track shipment arrivals and follow up for timely Delivery Order (D/O) release and customs clearance.
- Assist in preparing and verifying MAWB/HAWB, arrival notices, commercial invoices, packing lists, and other import documents.
- Coordinate with CHAs for customs clearance and ensure required documentation is available on time monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers.
- Coordinate with transporters for cargo pickup and delivery arrangements resolving documentation discrepancies and routine operational issues.




- Prepare and maintain job files, costing sheets, invoices, debit/credit notes, and shipment records.Update shipment trackers, MIS reports, and ensure timely job closure.
- Follow company SOPs, customs regulations, and applicable import procedures.
- Maintain proper communication with customers, airlines, agents, and internal teams.

Skills

- Basic knowledge of Air Import and freight forwarding operations.
- Understanding of MAWB/HAWB, D/O, customs clearance, and import documentation.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Solid attention to detail and follow-up skills.
- Customer-oriented approach with a willingness to learn.

Qualification

- Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or any relevant field.
- 1–4 years of experience in Air Import/Freight Forwarding Operations.
- Prior exposure to airline portals, customs processes, or freight forwarding operations will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
