Impact Growth Associate - Marketing & Campaigns | TBP & yKnot

We’re looking for someone who can think creatively, take initiative, build brands, and turn ideas into action.

At The Bandhan Project (TBP) and yKnot, we’re building brands that bring people, purpose, and possibilities together. We’re looking for a hands-on, growth-minded individual who wants to take a leap in their journey of building social enterprise and be involved in building businesses run by rural artisans from the ground up.

About the brandsyKnot is a purpose-driven lifestyle brand bringing traditional Indian craftsmanship into contemporary markets through handcrafted, hand-embroidered products made by rural women artisans.

The Bandhan Project (TBP) is a concept-driven brand ecosystem built around community, collaboration, passion, and sustainable impact. yKnot is its first sustainable product initiative.

What you’ll do-

- Business Growth: Develop B2B and D2C marketing strategies, generate leads, explore partnerships, and identify domestic and international growth opportunities.
- Social Media Brand Building: Build creator relationships, coordinate collaborations, and identify opportunities for brand visibility along with calendar planning for instagram marketings and Meta ads.
- Campaigns & Community: Conceptualise and execute campaigns, community initiatives, and collaborations for TBP. Identify the sections of society that needs development,



research about the scope of impact and accelerate end-to-end campaigns & social projects.
- Performance Marketing: Track digital advertising trends and contribute to Meta and Google campaign planning and execution.

Who we’re looking for
- Someone who wants to build their career in social enterprises' projects or have a passion to work at grassroot level upliftment.
- Someone creative, proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership.
- Strong interest in marketing, brand building, content, and business development.
- Familiarity with Instagram, short-form video editing, and digital content trends.
- Good communication, research, and coordination skills.
- Someone who enjoys experimenting, learning, and turning ideas into tangible outcomes.
