We are looking for a sales-driven Immigration Sales Manager with strong team leadership, CRM knowledge, and hands-on experience in immigration services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 10+ sales professionals.
- Drive B2B and B2C sales, revenue, and conversion targets.
- Possess strong knowledge of Work Permits and Permanent Residency (PR) processes.
- Monitor team performance, sales pipelines, and CRM activities.
- Handle customer escalations and support the operations team.
- Improve lead conversion, follow-ups, and overall sales performance.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure a smooth client journey.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant sales and immigration experience.
- Proven experience managing a team of 10+ employees.
- Strong knowledge of Work Permits and PR.
- Valuable CRM knowledge and escalation-handling skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and target-achievement abilities.
