We are looking for a confident, customer-oriented and result-driven Immigration Consultant Cum Branch Manager to manage immigration consultancy operations, guide candidates interested in overseas opportunities, and handle branch-level business development. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of different visa categories, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert prospective enquiries into clients.
Responsibilities
- Counsel candidates regarding overseas education, employment, immigration and visa opportunities.
- Guide applicants on country-specific immigration requirements and documentation.
- Explain different types of visas, eligibility criteria, application procedures and processing requirements.
- Handle customer enquiries through calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp and other channels.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert enquiries into confirmed business.
- Maintain candidate records, application status and client databases.
- Coordinate with internal teams and overseas associates for application processing.
- Manage daily branch operations, customer service and business development activities.
- Achieve monthly sales and client acquisition targets.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with candidates and clients.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in immigration or overseas consultancy.
- Knowledge of different visa categories and immigration processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong counselling, convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Customer relationship management and sales skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, MS Office, Email and CRM.
- Leadership and branch management capabilities.
- Target-oriented and professional approach.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with experience in Immigration Consultancy, Visa Consultancy or Overseas Recruitment.
- Experience in handling walk-in clients and counselling sessions.
- Ability to manage a team and branch operations.
