We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Immigration Consultant based in India to join our team for remote work. The ideal candidate should have experience in immigration services, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of visa processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client inquiries via email
- Prepare files, gather paperwork, timely submission of applications to embassy
- Provide accurate information about Canada visa requirements and other countries’ immigration processes
- Assist clients throughout the application process
- Maintain professional communication and client records
- Be readily available to respond to client calls and messages
Requirements:
- Prior experience in immigration consulting or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Canada visa requirements (knowledge of other countries is an asset)
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken)
- Ability to speak Punjabi and Hindi
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Must be reliable and responsive during working hours
Work Schedule:
- Overnight shift: 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM (IST)
