Tikamsa Dulichand Natural Fibers Limited (TDNFL) has been part of India’s cotton trade since 1960. We work across the value chain, from buying seed cotton directly from farmers to ginning, pressing and supplying quality cotton bales to customers across India. Our own oil mill processes cottonseed into cottonseed oil and nutritious cattle feed, sold under our brand Uttam Bhog.

We are known for quality and reliability, and we work closely with farmers to promote better, more sustainable growing practices.

Hiring: ICS / Project Manager – Regenerative & Organic Cotton

Location: Kukshi (Dhar), Madhya Pradesh | Full-time

We run a RegenAgri-certified regenerative cotton project with about 2,000 farmers across the Dhar and Alirajpur districts. Our own ginning unit holds chain-of-custody certification. We are looking for an experienced manager to run the project end to end.

Responsibilities

- Manage all RegenAgri documentation: ICS records, farmer database, training records and internal inspections
- Handle chain of custody at the gin:



purchase records, stock and bale reconciliation, vehicle and weighbridge records with photos, and Transaction Certificate (TC) applications
- Prepare for the annual farm and chain-of-custody audits, and close any non-conformities
- Supervise the field staff and the documentation assistant
- Coordinate with the certification body and buyers

Requirements

- 3+ years managing an organic cotton ICS (NPOP/NOP), Better Cotton, Fairtrade or RegenAgri project
- Hands-on experience with audits, TCs and traceability documentation
- Good working knowledge of Excel
- Able to write and report in English and Hindi
- Willing to be based at our gin in Kukshi
- Experience with RegenAgri specifically is a robust plus
