FOR HVAC DESIGN & PLANNING ENGINEER

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HVAC Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing HVAC systems for various commercial, residential, and industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with AutoCAD, a robust understanding of required codes and regulations, and a passion for delivering energy-efficient and cost-effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design HVAC systems for residential, commercial, and industrial applications based on client specifications and requirements.
- Prepare detailed system layouts, equipment selection, ducting, piping, and heat load calculations.
- Perform energy modelling and simulations to ensure efficiency and performance.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders as well external stakeholders such as architects, consultants and contractors
- Ensure designs comply with local, state, and national building codes and regulations.




- Review and modify existing designs to optimize system performance and cost-efficiency.
- Provide technical support during project implementation and commissioning phases.
- Prepare technical documentation, including specifications, drawings, and reports.
- Conduct site visits for system evaluations and provide recommendations for upgrades or improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and emerging standards.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering /Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Proven experience of 1 to 4 years in HVAC system design
- Hands on experience in AutoCAD
- Strong understanding of HVAC principles, energy efficiency, and building codes.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving skill and ability to work in team
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of green building standards (e.g., LEED) is an added advantage.
