Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Payroll Assistant to support our HR and payroll operations. The candidate will assist with salary calculations, attendance management, payroll data entry, employee records, and salary slip preparation.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in monthly salary processing and payroll calculations.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and payroll data.
- Assist in calculating salary components, deductions, PF, ESI, and PT, as applicable.
- Prepare and verify employee salary slips.
- Maintain employee master data and update employee records.
- Coordinate with the HR team to collect missing employee information and documents.
- Assist in preparing payroll reports and Excel sheets.




- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee salary information.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data entry.
- Positive numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of HR and payroll processes is an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and work with deadlines.
