Role Description The Human Resources Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for supporting and enhancing HR operations across the organization. This position involves managing recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and assisting with onboarding. The role includes administering HR policies and procedures, maintaining employee records, and supporting compliance with labor laws and company standards.





The HR Specialist will coordinate employee advantages, handle routine employee queries, and support performance management and engagement initiatives. The role also involves collaborating with management to address personnel matters, assist in training and development programs, and contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
