Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager role based in Bhopal.

The Human Resources

Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment and onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. The role involves partnering with business leaders to understand workforce needs, designing HR initiatives to support productivity and engagement, and maintaining accurate HR documentation and reporting.

Manager will coordinate training and development programs, manage compensation and benefits processes in collaboration with relevant teams, and support organizational change and culture-building efforts across diverse business units.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and HR policy implementation.
- Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering an inclusive, cooperative workplace culture.
- Knowledge of labor laws, regulatory compliance, and best practices in HR governance and documentation.
- Proficiency in HRIS tools, MS Office, and data-driven HR reporting and analytics.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills across multiple levels of the organization.
- Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple HR initiatives in a high-volume, process-driven environment.
- Experience in BPO/BPM or contact center environments is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
