About the RoleNityas Gems & Jewellery Limited is looking for an experienced and responsible HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations in our jewellery manufacturing company. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in recruitment, payroll coordination, employee relations, attendance management and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling and onboarding.
- Handle employee joining formalities, documentation and employee records.
- Monitor attendance, leave, overtime and employee working schedules.
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing, salary inputs, deductions, incentives and salary records.
- Maintain employee master data, HR reports and documentation using MS Excel and HR software.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, discipline and workplace issues.
- Ensure timely follow-up on applicable PF, ESIC and other statutory compliance requirements.




- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and fulfil vacancies.
- Implement company HR policies and support employee engagement activities.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee information.
- Manage day-to-day HR administration and workforce coordination.

Requirements
- Graduate or above; HR/MBA qualification will be an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in manufacturing.
- Practical knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, attendance and employee relations.
- Working knowledge of PF, ESIC and applicable labour laws.
- Good command of MS Excel, MS Office and HRMS/ERP systems.
- Solid communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information and multiple HR activities independently.

- Working Hours: 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM
