Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding across departments

- Manage induction, training, performance appraisal, and succession planning

- Oversee payroll coordination, compensation & perks, PF, gratuity, and statutory compliance

- Ensure implementation of HR policies, SOPs, labor laws, and hotel standards

- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and welfare programs

- Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, and workforce scheduling

- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation

- Prepare HR reports on manpower, turnover, absenteeism, and budgets

- Liaise with labor authorities, government bodies, and external stakeholders

- Drive employee engagement initiatives and a positive work culture

Requirements

- 8-10 years of proven experience as an HR Manager in hotel/resort or hospitality industry

- Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance

- Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills
