Qualifications

- Foundational Human Resources (HR) knowledge and strong interest in pursuing an HR career.
- Ability to support HR Management and Personnel Management activities, including record keeping and coordination tasks.
- Understanding of HR Policies and basic awareness of Employee Advantages concepts or willingness to learn.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and a professional, confidential approach to handling sensitive information.
- Comfort with digital tools, HR systems, and productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, collaboration platforms).
- Ability to work independently, collaborate with team members across time zones, and adapt to changing priorities.
