About the Role

We are looking for two HR Recruiters who can handle the full hiring cycle and also support core HR operations. You will work closely with business teams to close positions quickly and keep employee processes running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

Understand requirements from hiring managers and create job descriptions

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and social media

Screen resumes, conduct telephonic and video screening, and shortlist candidates

Schedule and coordinate interviews, and keep candidates engaged through the process

Negotiate offers, roll out offer letters, and follow up until joining

Maintain the tracker and share regular hiring status updates

HR Operations

Run the onboarding process: documentation, joining formalities and induction





Maintain employee records and HRIS data

Prepare employment documents such as offer letters, appointment letters and experience letters

Support attendance, leave and basic payroll inputs

Coordinate background verification and exit formalities

Support compliance and day-to-day employee queries

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in recruitment with exposure to HR operations

Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter

Robust communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple positions at once

Working knowledge of MS Excel and documentation

Graduate or MBA/PGDM in HR preferred

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
