Department: Corporate HR - Talent Acquisition

Location: Waluj, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad)

Internship Duration: 6 Months

Stipend: 15,000 - 20,000 per month (based on interview performance)

Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Monday to Friday)

About the Internship

We are looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented individuals who are passionate about Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. This internship provides hands-on exposure to the complete recruitment lifecycle and an opportunity to work on real-time hiring challenges in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Support end-to-end recruitment activities across manufacturing and corporate functions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment databases, trackers, and hiring MIS reports.
- Coordinate candidate documentation, onboarding, and joining formalities.




- Support campus hiring, employer branding, and talent mapping initiatives.
- Work on various HR and Talent Acquisition improvement projects.

Eligibility

- MBA (HR) / PGDM (HR) pursuing final year or recently completed.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and recruitment processes.
- Willingness to learn and work in a dynamic environment.
