Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (Manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, onboarding)
- Coordination with department heads and reporting managers

- Documentation and compliance
- HR generalist activities (payroll, attendance, incentives, F&F;, PF, ESI, TDS etc.)

Preferred candidate profile -Hand on experience in recruiting sales, telecalling, business development, team leaders, sales managers, loan processing officers

- Handle high volume recruitment and ensuring timely closures
- Take initiatives to handle employee grievances, workforce conflicts etc.
- Should be residing/ relocating or comfortable travelling to Ghaziabad

- Should have own transportation
