Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage HR generalist activities such as employee engagement, grievance handling, and exit formalities.

- Oversee HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, and compliance with labor laws.

- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve employee productivity and retention.

- Ensure seamless communication between employees at all levels within the organization.

- Maintain accurate records of employee data and perform regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-10 years of experience in an HR role with a background in BPO/Call Centre industry.

- Bachelor's degree in Computers (B.Tech) or equivalent qualification required; relevant certifications preferred.

- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high-quality results.
