Job Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and recruitment agencies.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Negotiate salaries and follow up on offers and joining dates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
- Build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

Required Skills

- Graduate in HR or a related field.
- 1 – 2 years of recruitment experience.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of job portals and MS Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.
