Roles and Responsibilities
- Work proactively on end to end recruitment for hiring People.
- Understanding JD Requirements & Planning for Sourcing through portals,
alternate Channels, social media & other Modes of Recruitment.
- Meet all recruitment timelines as assigned within the process.
- Plan, develop and drive sourcing/ recruitment strategies in consultation with vertical Manager/Functional Manager.
- Deliver on process within the defined TAT consistently.
- Bridge between RO to HO .
- Handing an end to end hiring process .
- Coordination in higher Level .
- Salary Negotiation .
- Create and maintain assignment track sheets
- Headhunting & Valuable communication skills.
