Responsibilities:

Female Candidates are preferred from Western line (Mumbai Suburbs).

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and closing offers.

- Should have experience as an IT Recruiter.

- Understand job requirements and create engaging job postings to attract the right candidates.

- Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.

- Coordinate and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.

- An ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles, preparing the in case required.

- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search in different job sites).

- Coordinate onboarding and induction for new employees

- Maintain employee records and HR databases

- Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs





- Support in employee engagement activities

- Handle documentation such as offer letters, appointment letters, and exit formalities

- Address basic employee queries related to HR policies

- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws

- Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

- Prepare recruitment reports and metrics for management review.

Required Skills:

- Graduates in B.Com / B.A / BBA are eligible to apply

- Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office

- Attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to handle confidential information

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
