Position: HSE Engineer

Experience: 5+ Years Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Engineering / B.Sc. Mandatory Certification: ADIS or PDIS

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and monitor Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) procedures at heavy industrial sites.
- Manage safety activities during plant shutdowns and maintenance operations.
- Conduct site safety inspections, risk assessments, and hazard identification.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations and client HSE requirements.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and workforce awareness sessions.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe practices; recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor permit-to-work systems, PPE compliance, and emergency preparedness.
- Maintain safety documentation, inspection reports,



and incident records.

Required Skills & Eligibility
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on field experience in heavy industrial sites and plant shutdowns.
- Qualified certification in Advance Diploma in Industrial Safety (ADIS) or Post Diploma in Industrial Safety (PDIS) from a government-recognized institute / State Technical Board.
- Educational qualification: B.Tech, Diploma in Engineering, or B.Sc.
- Strong knowledge of industrial safety practices, hazard identification, and risk assessment.
- Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
