We’re looking for someone hands-on with HubSpot, keeping a CRM clean, accurate and running smoothly. You’ll work closely with our tech team and take day-to-day CRM tasks off their plate.
What you’ll do
- Import, clean and dedupe contacts, companies and deals
- Update properties, lists and pipelines
- Set up and QA workflows, forms and email templates
- Run routine data checks and basic reports
- Handle day-to-day HubSpot requests from the team
What we’re looking for
- 0–3 years of hands-on HubSpot experience
- Strong in Excel or Google Sheets
- Detail-oriented and comfortable with repetitive work
- Explicit written English
- Bonus: HubSpot Academy certifications, exposure to Clay or n8n
