We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Business Consultant to join our Talent Acquisition & Executive Search team. The role offers exposure to domestic and international recruitment across multiple industries, with opportunities to work on niche, senior-level, and leadership hiring mandates.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, references, and headhunting.
- Screen profiles, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
- Build talent pipelines for niche and senior-level positions.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, salary discussions, and candidate joining.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates and existing clients.
- Conduct market research on industries, companies, talent availability, and salary trends.
- Support domestic and international recruitment assignments.
- Gradually develop expertise in executive search and leadership hiring.





Candidate Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Staffing, Executive Search, or HR Consulting.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in recruitment may also apply, if considered for entry-level openings.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in interacting with candidates and senior professionals.
- Strong research, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and work towards targets.
- Willingness to learn about different industries and international markets.
