About the Role

GetWork is looking for a motivated and target-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for clients across the Banking, Financial Services, NBFC and Insurance sectors. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening and coordinating with suitable candidates while ensuring timely closures and a smooth recruitment process.

Role & Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for BFSI, Banking, NBFC and Insurance profiles.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, Shine, referrals and other recruitment platforms.
- Handle hiring for sales, relationship management, branch banking, CASA, loans, credit, collections and insurance sales profiles.
- Screen candidates based on experience, salary, location, communication skills and notice period.
- Conduct initial screening calls and explain job roles and requirements to candidates.
- Coordinate interviews, follow up on feedback and manage candidate pipelines.




- Negotiate salary expectations and coordinate offer rollouts and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and update candidate status regularly.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly recruitment targets, including lineups, selections and joinings.
- Build and maintain a strong database of relevant candidates for current and future requirements.
- Ensure regular follow-ups with selected candidates to minimize dropouts and improve joining ratios.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline; HR or management background preferred.
- Experience in recruitment, preferably in BFSI, NBFC, Banking or Insurance hiring.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in recruitment may also apply.
- Knowledge of job portals such as Naukri, Apna, Shine and LinkedIn.
- Good communication, negotiation and candidate management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a target-driven workplace.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
