Position: HR Manager – HR & Sales Force Management
Responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, performance appraisal, training, HR policies and employee development. The role will also oversee sales-force management, including sales targets, daily activity monitoring, team productivity, incentive coordination, performance reviews and sales-team development.
Qualification: MBA with relevant experience in HR and/or Sales Management.
Experience: Candidates with relevant experience are preferred.
Salary: Starting from ₹20,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibility: Build a disciplined, performance-driven workforce and ensure that the sales team consistently achieves assigned business objectives.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
