We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage recruitment activities, source suitable candidates, and coordinate the hiring process for various positions. The ideal candidate must be familiar with hiring platforms, possess good communication skills, and be willing to work towards recruitment targets. Freshers and candidates with internship experience are welcome to apply.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Source candidates through hiring platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates and ensure timely joining.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Meet hiring targets and support the HR team in recruitment activities.
Requirements
- MBA in HR or a relevant specialization is mandatory.
- Freshers and candidates with internship experience are welcome.
- Must be familiar with recruitment platforms and job portals.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate evaluation.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
