We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. The role involves supporting client hiring requirements by sourcing and screening suitable candidates for various IT positions.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and evaluate IT and software professionals for technical hiring requirements.

Analyze technical job requirements and execute targeted sourcing strategies.

Conduct initial candidate screening interviews to assess technical and communication skills.

Utilize recruitment analytics to optimize sourcing and hiring effectiveness..

Skills Required:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic understanding of recruitment processes.





Ability to screen and evaluate candidate profiles.

Qualification:

MCA, B.Tech, MBA in HR, or any postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field are eligible.

Freshers or candidates with an interest in HR and Recruitment are encouraged to apply.

Valuable communication and basic computer skills are preferred.
