Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and organized HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment, identify suitable candidates, coordinate interviews, and support hiring requirements across departments. Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer follow-ups.

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels. Understand hiring requirements from hiring managers and prepare suitable job descriptions. Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports. Follow up with selected candidates regarding offers, documentation, and joining dates.

Support onboarding and joining formalities.



Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements. Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely communication throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Valuable communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Experience using job portals and recruitment databases. Strong coordination, follow-up, and time-management skills. Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines. Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for recruitment tracking.
