Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end recruitment for various job openings.
- Source candidates through job portals like Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Meet hiring targets and ensure timely closures.
Requirements - Minimum 1+ year of experience in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Candidates must be based in Mumbai.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of job portals and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and work in a target-driven setting.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.
