Key Responsibilities: Source candidates through Naukri, Apna & other job portals. Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews. Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients. Manage daily candidate lineups and follow-ups. Achieve monthly hiring and joining targets. Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Requirements: Freshers & Experienced both can apply. Good communication and convincing skills. Basic computer and Excel knowledge. Target-oriented and positive attitude.
