Source & attract candidates using job portals, social media, and referrals





Conduct screening calls and assess communication + technical fit

Schedule interviews with hiring managers (USA clients)

Maintain hiring dashboards, trackers & daily reports

Handle walk-ins and bulk hiring drives

Provide a great experience to every candidate

Collaborate with HR, Ops, and Delivery teams for smooth closures
