About 4C Group

4C Group is looking for a proactive, enthusiastic, and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle the complete recruitment cycle, from understanding manpower requirements to candidate onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads and hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidates' suitability.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates for feedback, offer acceptance, and joining confirmation.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and regular hiring reports.
- Build a pipeline of suitable candidates for current and future vacancies.
- Coordinate salary discussions, offer rollouts, documentation, and joining formalities.




- Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Meet recruitment targets and close positions within agreed timelines.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Good knowledge of job portals, LinkedIn recruitment, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work within deadlines.
- Strong follow-up skills and a result-oriented approach.
- Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.
