About the Role

Are you looking to fast-track your career in Human Resources, Team Management, and Business Operations? At Marketing Bee, we are giving a passionate, ambitious individual the chance to step directly into a leadership-oriented intern role.

This isn't a typical coffee-fetching internship. You will be given real responsibility and hands-on experience in talent acquisition, team coordination, and core HR operations. If you prove your mettle over 3 months, you will have a direct pathway to joining our team permanently in a full time position.

Work in an energetic marketing agency environment located conveniently in Kaloor.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Recruitment: Source candidates, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and help build a talented team.
- Team & Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating day-to-day team activities, monitoring project timelines, and maintaining smooth workflow communication.
- HR Operations & Onboarding: Handle candidate onboarding, maintain internal records, and manage team administrative tasks.
- Culture & Engagement: Help organize team activities, foster a positive office culture, and address team needs.

Requirements

- Recent graduates or final-year students in Business Administration (BBA/MBA), Psychology, Communications, or related fields.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- High energy, proactive mindset, and a strong eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work in-person at our Kaloor office.
