- Manage HR for factory, office and project-site employees.
- Handle employee grievances, discipline and conflict resolution.
- Monitor attendance, shifts, overtime and payroll inputs.
- Implement and enforce HR policies consistently.
- Lead HR executives; coordinate recruitment, onboarding and exits.
- Report workforce updates and HR issues to senior management.
Candidate Profile
- 7+ years of HR experience, including managerial responsibility.
- Experience in manufacturing, electronics or project-based organisations preferred.
- Proven ability to lead HR teams, manage employee relations and advise senior management.
- Working knowledge of payroll, labour compliance and HR documentation.
