We are seeking a talented and experienced HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, compliance, and more. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with employees at all levels.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating orientation programs
- Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans
- Develop and administer policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
- Handle employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and database
- Manage employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and promote employee satisfaction
- Serve as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related issues and initiatives
