Role Summary The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a strategic partner to business leaders and store teams, aligning HR practices with business objectives. The role involves managing the entire employee lifecycle, driving performance culture, supporting retail operations, and ensuring a positive employee experience across stores and corporate teams.

The HRBP will work closely with leadership, store managers, and employees to strengthen people practices, engagement, performance management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Partnering

· Act as the primary HR partner for retail and corporate teams.

· Align HR strategies with business goals and store performance objectives.

· Support leadership in workforce planning and organizational development.

· Provide guidance on employee relations, people management, and HR policies.

2. Retail HR Operations

· Partner with store managers and retail leadership to support staffing, performance, and engagement.

· Ensure smooth HR operations across retail stores including attendance, discipline, and employee relations.

· Be available to visit stores whenever required to address HR matters, conduct reviews, or support operational needs.

3. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

· Manage end-to-end recruitment for store and corporate roles.

· Coordinate interviews and hiring decisions with business stakeholders.

· Ensure effective onboarding and integration of new employees.

4. Performance Management

· Implement KRA/KPI frameworks and performance review cycles.





· Conduct quarterly and annual performance discussions with managers.

· Support performance improvement plans when required.

5. Employee Engagement & Culture

· Drive employee engagement initiatives and internal communication programs.

· Address employee concerns and maintain a positive work workplace.

· Organize training programs, team activities, and culture-building initiatives.

6. HR Compliance & Policy Implementation

· Ensure compliance with labour laws, HR policies, and company guidelines.

· Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

· Support audits and HR reporting requirements.

7. Training & Development

· Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs for retail staff.

· Support sales training, leadership development, and capability building.

8. HR Analytics & Reporting

· Track and analyze HR metrics such as:

o Attrition o Hiring timelines o Employee performance o Store staffing levels

· Provide insights to leadership for data-driven HR decisions.

Experience

· 3–6 years of HR experience, preferably in Retail / Jewellery / Luxury / Fashion / D2C industry.

· Experience handling multi-store retail workforce is preferred.

Educational Qualification

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

· MBA in HR or equivalent qualification preferred

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
