Job Summary

Aromaaz International Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented HR Manager with a solid background in manufacturing units. The ideal candidate should have expertise in recruitment, team management, and HR operations, including payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition 80%

- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviews, selection, and onboarding.
- Handle bulk and position-specific hiring as per business requirements.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Use job portals, employee referrals, consultants, and other recruitment channels to source suitable candidates.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Monitor recruitment performance and hiring timelines.

2. HR Operations 20%





- Manage monthly payroll processing and coordinate salary-related activities.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and employee records.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Manage employee joining, exit formalities, and full-and-final settlements.
- Implement HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and day-to-day HR operations.

Candidate Requirements

- 5 to 7 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing unit.
- Strong expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Practical knowledge of payroll processing and HR operations.
- Good understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Compensation 50,000 to 55,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
