Role Description The HR Intern will work full time on-site at the Gencosys office in Lucknow, supporting the Human Resources team in daily operations.
Responsibilities include assisting with employee onboarding and documentation, maintaining HR records, and supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures. The role involves helping coordinate employee advantages and engagement activities, preparing HR-related reports, and providing administrative support for recruitment,
interviews, and personnel management tasks. The HR Intern will collaborate closely with HR team members, learn standard HR practices, and contribute to creating an organized and supportive work environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Candidates should possess skills related to HR Policies and understanding of Employee Benefits.
- Candidates should possess abilities in Personnel Management and maintaining accurate HR records.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work on-site in Lucknow in a full-time capacity and collaborate within a team environment.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and comfort with learning HR software or databases is beneficial.
